I realy cant complain about my DSL service from "the new at&t" Have been with them since 2001, most reciently at our new house since April 2005, at first there was some sync issues, mostly due to the lines in the area. Worked with ASI to resolve and fix those issues and have been trouble free since Nov 05. I droped the Elite package at the sugestion of the ASI tech when it was first offered in this area as the lines in this area couldent reliablity support the speed w/o me losing sync. Around Sept 05 came back to Elite from Pro when the price came down drasticaly. and my line has been able to suport it w/o droping. Was sent a new modem in Sept 06 since my outher 2wire shorted out. I now have the 2700HG-B and have to say that i have seen greater speeds with it. Syncing up at 6016 kbps 768 Kbs. It has been going up alot reciently (probaly in the shadow of lightspeed upgrades) it was maxing out at 4000 range then jumped last month to 5178, and i was suprised when i just now checked it and it was a 6016.
