High speed internet

Im a Hughes tech from WI, if the only option you have is dial up. I would suggest and EVDO router provided by cellcom(WI) or an air card from your cell provider. last option would be a hughesnet satellite dish. The only downfall id the latency (around 1300 ms) can be a little pricey but if you need high speed it is a great option.
