    Received a call from AT&T with the offer of a free modem/router and free activation for a non contract account with the regular price of $34.99/mo 6 MB down 768 up. The sales rep was knowledgeable and answered all of the technical questions I threw at her. The install kit arrived 2 days later and an activation date was set for 6 days after the phone sign up.

    I had a few kinks in installing the 2wire modem/router and the documentation provided with the install kit contained an error and not a lot of information. Phone support was excellent and the rest of the install was painless.

    I've had excellent speed and consistent service with my wireless network. Thus far I am very pleased and am happy to have left my cable ISP behind.

    09/01/07 Have had the service now for a few months and my connection has been rock solid and speed level consistent. The only complaint I have is that AT&T has their email going through Yahoo! servers and when there is a problem it can be difficult getting it resolved as was seen in a recent issue with system time outs. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
