    Since Charter can't keep their service on a week straight I decided to give Bellsouth a try. Have had the service 2 years now and it is extremely reliable but slow as mud. I live in the country and the only option available is 1.5/256. But in actuality I download 600-900, upload 218. Think I'm at the end of the line. But it is always there when I need it and they provide 20 hours a month of dial up back up in the event of an outage. I've never had to use it. I did use it once just to see how it worked. If all you do is surf the internet, check email and listen to radio stations it is fantastic. I signed up 2 years ago when they had the no contract promotion. Bought my own modem off Ebay for $15
