I came from Charter Cable Co and like most areas of the country, we only have a monoply cable service being that Charter is the only cable co available. The DSL installation was quick. My modem was shipped second day air and from order being placed (calling the call center) to when service was established, it only took 4 days! Very impressive AT&T!
I did have to call tech support once to figure out Vista configuration, and like anything from India, I am not impressed. I just have hard time trying to understand anyone who has English as their second language I guess.
I have had the service for a good few months now and can say that I am impressed with reliability and that the price didn't change to $55 per mo for Internet alone that Charter was trying to squeeze out of me. I'll keep AT&T hands down.
