    This was a good connect in the chicago area. Seems like a heck of a lot of disconnects lately, the DSL link is up, but everythings just dead.

    The few times I've needed support, the support has been a guy called "bob" from India. They can't deal with anything more than reading through the same thing the SBC support tool walked me through already.

    Finally considering dropping back to a cheap dial up plan or cable (no WISP options available in chicago oddly enough)
