    The only problem I've had so far is viewing my actual bill and setting up my email The password I was assigned doesn't work for crap.

    I'm on the 3meg service and I'm using the modem/router they supplied. Setting it up was a pinch (except using the setup wizard didn't give me the WEP key, I had to search and locate it, not a big deal but i could see how a newbie could miss that part.)
