What other options did you consider for broadband. - Cable. I had used Comcast before, but they did not service my complex. I had was able to choose from AT&T and Verizon. Due to a rather frustrating experience with Verizon in the past I went with AT&T.
What SPEED/package did you order, at what monthly price? - 1.5/384 for 24.00, recently upgraded to 6/512 for 36.00.
How was the order & install process? - The order process left a little to be desired, as I was in Verizon area I got what was called "sport", service. Basically at&t co located in a Verizon CO. It took a while to get the order through and most of the rep's had no clue at&t offered such a product. - Install was and easy typical self install.
What brand/model was the supplied equipment? Siemens 4100.
What good or bad experiences most struck you? My only complaint is the lack of knowledge from sales and support reps. They dont seem to understand at&t offers service outside the traditional areas.
