At the time of order, there were no other options.
I got the 6 meg speed, and I wasn't happy about having to pay for a phone line in order to get the DSL service.
It was a self install, they mailed the equipment to me.
They shipped a Netopia router.
I hate calling them with I have a problem, I get transfered more times than I can count.
