My problem was a combination of external (open pairs, wet boxes) and internal (old Speedstream 'modem') that would not sync their failures. The techs who have been to my house over the years have been fantastic, including the one guy that pulled 1,000 ft. of wire to my pole- in the rain. After my neighbor who has Elite service told me about DSLR and the ATT forum and the AT&T people there I was well on the way to having my problems cured. There is no way that I would have the DSL connection that I now have without the help of the AT&T forum. Thanks, Matt!
