    I have had ATT DSL service since it was Pacbell about 6 years I have upgraded in speed and now am at Pro 3.0/512 I tried to get Elite but after it was enabled i was getting a lot of errors and disconnects. Customer support was very easy for me to talk to and was up front with me that I should not have been offered elite speed at my distance aprox, 14,000ft they offered to let me try the pro speed even though it was suspect and it has been working great. All in all a very pleasant experience compare to Charter cable that with several tech visits never was able to stay up more than 4 hours. Don't even get me started about the total lack of professionalism on there part the Charter phone support was a joke. The final joke was when two weeks after canceling my cable service that never worked a tech showed up at my door asking ME where the connection was so he could disconnect it, pathetic.
