Great service. Ordered it May 2007, and have had downtime once in a year.
The service is real cheap for 6mbit down, and 768 up, only $35 a month! There is no contract, etc, and things are great.
I can't comment on tech support, as well I have never honestly had to use it.... Well, I did move it once, when my modem stopped working, they overnighted me a new one, and everything has been groovy since then.
Thanks AT&T.. can't wait to get uverse!
