Cancelled with AT&T and switched to Charter. Cancelling Charter with my move to Texas and getting FiOS!

I only picked AT&T because I can't get Comcast at my apartment complex. I don't have their phone service, just a DSL only connection. I've got the 6 Mbps connection, upgraded from 1.5 Mbps with DirecPath, and I'm thrilled about my new download speed.
The order process was easy enough, I did it all online. My only complaint is the annoying tech chat. After technician installed the service, it took me 48 hours to be able to connect because of some account maintenance outage, as explained to me by the representative, that kept me from registering my account.
