    Just moved to a different city, and went with 3.0mb dsl and it wouldnt stay connected long enough to be able to register, so I called the next morning and said I wanted to cancel. They said they would send someone out. Apparently the person that showed up said it cant handle 3.0m on the line. So he said I needed to call att and downgrade to 1.5m plan. I got transfered around alot before that was taken care though. But otherwise its been working great after no problems. Said they would take 5 dollars off a month so thats cool. Havent gotten a bill yet so I don't know what the dsl portion comes out to. Its cheaper then comcast! But I will be keeping my eye on you att. I will update when I get my first bill.

    I just got my bill today 7-17-09...Says I am on pro package on the bill. Called up and told them again that the line couldnt handle that speed. They say its down to the 1.5m package when I called in today. and I checked on the att.com website and it isnt reflected on there yet. So I will give them what they told me on the phone 132...not 138. But if they cant get it right I will drop the internet service and go with expensive com crap. There wasnt any problems with at&t...I got offered a deal from comcast, with internet and tv. So I dumped the dsl. Thinking about going back to dsl, not really impressed with comcast.

    I just cancelled ATT today 11/16/09 It took 12 minutes to get someone and 3 different people to cancel my phone service! It took 33:16 to get the whole thing done. I am finally done with atts constant price increases, and transffered to 3 or more customer service reps everytime I have to call. I have no more services from att, they really tryed to get me to stay by offering bad to worse offers. Even after I told him I would save him some time, I told the rep that I was not interested in any offers. And yet he still tryed.

    I am with callcentric now, I get more for a lot less. Bye SpyT&T.
