I got this service after switching from cable because there were numerous connection interruptions with the cable service I had. The equipment arrived quickly, and installation was a snap as I had my filters hardwired at the location where I know my modem would be, and there is no need for filters anywhere in the house. It took about ten minutes to get the modem up, and logged in. Bridging with my existing router took some time, but all in all, I was up in under an hour.
After the initial install there were problems with my contracted speed, and a technician came out the next day. Apparently there was noise in the line that he corrected. All has been fine since then.
