    Ordered 3MB service from ATT. Service was extremely unreliable. After several visits from them and different excuses (like my house wiring was the problem), they admitted that we were too far away and they had not upgraded the box serving our house. They downgraded my service to 1.5MB which increase the reliability but speed is usually less than 1MB. I cannot believe that in the heart of San Francisco, ATT is not upgrading their infrastructure. Support has been useless!
