Internet was turned off per an automated order. No one able to tell me who or why the disconnect order was placed, and unable to do anything about it. Had to put a new order through. Everyone I talked to would first say "I don't see anything in the notes about this" Then ask me if I was the one to request the termination, then decide that I needed to talk to someone in another department. Worst customer service experience ever! Will tell everyone I know not to use this company for anything. Also have a friend who just signed up with U-Verse who is also having horrible customer service and also will be switching providers.
