Good "I can get online, it is fast some of the time." Bad "Some days it is very very slow. Video almost always has to stop and buffer ." Overall "Cheaper than sattellite. The only other choice I have here."

I pay more per month than new customers would. I have called several times and tried to get my cost reduced... No such luck. AT&T cares more about getting new customers than it does on keeping long time, existing customers happy. If I had other options in this area, I would like ly switch.
