Service is pretty reliable, only had to reboot my router once. Advertise 6MB/s but only get 5MB/s. When I had a different DSL provider, on the same copper I have now, I was getting 20MB/s so it is not the infrastructure. Just AT&T nonsense. Price is too high for the speed it offers and the caps they put in place. Went back to ACD.net and getting ~19MB down again.
