We've had this ADSL service since it was introduced to the San Fernando Valley in 2000. Original vendor was Pacific Bell, then Yahoo DSL, now AT&T. I believe were are between 11,000 and 12,000 feet from our CE. Actual 1.3Mbps down, and 384Kbps (throttled) up. Relatively reliable, perhaps 5-6 times/year we lose service for a few hours. 2-3 times/month we restart our modem to restore stalled service. Unfortunately, we will probably abandon this for Time-Warner, as our requirements for bandwidth have increased.
