DSL Extreme, only option in our rural area. Available finally in 2005/06 after having to campaign area and prove there were enough customers. DSLAM in, old copper lines, repaired , new line to house, house lines perfect. Went thru the AT&T night mare of 18 months to improve line. Went all the way up and also had resolutions dept, FCC, Rural comm division plus the government in the ATL capital working on issue. Finally admitted this is the best they can do. Line was acceptable with ping 30 or below. Speeds ok. Kept line tagged on ATL network till recently when changed to Sugar Hill which has been a nightmare ever since. Contact previous Pres. Office contact with no response. Called field techs and they said the office is aware. Already lost one Director of Nursing job due to poor service. Now a year later since service changed another job just gave me the notice fix line or resign. So back to square one.
