    I gotta say they are really down to earth and my kind of folks...

    I called in to ask about the prices, and they really took the time to explain it to me.

    I Love the customer support and the hands on installation.

    The price is the best too..

    I had a problem with my old computer and they fixed the it somehow (installer was named Chad)....

    ask for Chris in sales, to get the best deal. Tell him you want that "Low Price guarentee". My friend told me to do that, and he was right.. I got the whole instal for $49 including the modem... and Chad fixed my puter and set up my deal really great!

    And thier commercials are hilarious... love that Harmonious guy with the cows and the elephants .... (hope his Dad gets a cable modem)....

    Service after normal business hours?

    Fortunately, Click! has a fairly reliable network. However, try calling for service after normal business hours. I suspect you will be a bit disappointed.

    My second bone of contention with Advanced Stream and Click! has been the cut in service a few years back and the lack of speed upgrade at the lower tier.

    The upper tier have all enjoyed speed increases with little in the way of price increases thanks to the competition with Comcast.

    At this point, I am just one price increase from leaving and going to Qwest.
