    I've tried Speakeasy DSL (expensive), ComCast (horrible customer service), Port Networks (not stable), and Sprint EVDO (expensive and slow). Then I found these guys. They have the best pricing structure around and are big enough to be stable but small enough to have superb customer service.

    The install was a breeze with the guy showing up just within the window they gave me. He had the install complete in less than 30 minutes and it worked perfectly the first time. Their main tower for Baltimore is on top of Legg Mason building which luckily I can see from my roof.

    The speed was slower than expected on the second day so I called Tech support. I expected to leave a message or have to wait in a long queue but I got thru immediately. The guy took my info had me do some quick checks on their online speedtest and then he said he would call me back. I thought, "Yeah right - I'll have to call back." Again, I was wrong - the support guy called me back in 15 minutes and told me to retry my settings. Sure enough it worked as advertised - I have been happy every since!

    If you are in their service area you owe it to yourself to give these guys a try - the best in Baltimore!

    BTW - I got the 8MB package and they will soon be offering a 12MB one. The speed is what they claim it to be - I am sooooooo happy!
