TELOCITY SUCKS.
i got my modem but it wont sync up to the DSLam. I call technical support ever since the install in the middle of March and the problem still occurs. Since the service goes up only from 9PM-10AM, I believe someone is hijacking some of my packets. I try to let Telocity know of this, but guess what, all they do is keep lowering my speed instead of calling Ameritech to fix the problem.
WTF?
2 months of not having service and they still dare to charge a bill on my credit card. what kind of company is this?
UNTIL MY SERVICE IS FIXED AND STABLE, THIS REVIEW WILL BE RE-NEWED WITH MORE "DOWNS" SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIX MY DSL.
