This is an initial review. US West DSL service should have been available
to me today (10 March 2000), however, due to "unforeseen difficulties" the date has been pushed out until the 15th.
The service may be available prior to the 15th, however, US West did not ship the router until the 8th, and I won't receive it until Monday the 13th.
US West did not communicate the delay to me, and I would have been none the wiser if I had not had to call them (three times) and UPS (even though they *always* send the equipment by FedEx) to obtain the date I should expect delivery.
The first two times I called US West, I was told I should still expect service by today.
Particularly-Peeved in Minneapolis...
