    Don't recall much downtime and the installation was smooth. I remember the modem being faulty but I was too lazy to do anything about it.

    Biggest pain was the 10GB cap, which has since been raised to 30GB. You can get unlimited but it's a little pricey at $60 a month.

    I haven't heard anything locally about the quality of service for their wireless but I do know you can get it in my town as long as you have LOS with the water tower.

    Their main office is located on Sparks Street at the Delta Hotel in Ottawa. For some reason they wouldn't accept a cash payment there one day but I suppose that really doesn't matter.
