Ok I signed up for 416/208 service on 2/23/00. I have yet to recieve any confirmation other than I'm in the cue.My understanding from the Sales Rep. Steve Lawson is that the San Francisco Bay Area has not gone live yet.He states" any day now". I think it would be very helpful if you kept those of us who have signed up for service updated on the status of our order.It would keep the frustration level down and maybe keep the word of mouth going in a positive direction. Otherwise @home is launching in the majority of the Bay and would love to sign up those frustrated customers.I will give a complete review when My DSL is actually up and running.
