Please do not use Wave2NoNet.
This is the worst company I have delt with in my life. The owner of the company--Rudy Worrell--has no intention whatsoever of dealing with his customers in an honest way. And make no mistake about it, Worrell pulls all the strings at the company. I subscribed to Wave2NoNet over a year and a half ago, and I have had 5 to 6 months of no service. Like many people these days, I depend on the internet to work from my home, and Wave2NoNet has caused real damage to my business.
I have tried to work with them, and only get a run around. Don't let the smooth talking Rudy (if you can reach him) fool you. Without a doubt, he is a snake in the grass; he will never give proper credit for downtime, will create new excuses continually, and will send goofy threatening letters if you try to push for fair treatment.
After a year and a half of problems, and while I was completely paid up, I began to notify Worrell I was no longer able--or willing-- to pay him for unreceived services. I notified him by registered mail, as well as other methods, of my intent to get another service provider.
Despite being owned hundreds of dollars for unreceived service, I was willing to walk away if he would cancel the contract. He refused, and wanted an additional $240 to cancel. I will not give this thief another penny of my money, and have filed a small claims case. I did not want to take this step because it represents MORE WASTED TIME, but I am so fed up with this person, and he will not accept reason.
No company can be worst, and I am completely serious when I say you are better off with a pitiful dial up. At least you can check your e-mail with a dial up.
