ATT Yahoo, formerly SBC/Yahoo, formerly SNET. I've had this service for over 6 years now, and the amount of down time has been darn near zero! Moved up to their "Elite" package, get 5.1 Mbps down/660 Kbps up. This has just been so "un-fussy", the very few times there was a slowdown, or "glitch", it was a real shock because it happens so seldom! There are faster options available, but for my uses, this is just great, at a reasonable cost. Surprisingly, the customer service, the once in a great while that I need it, has been rather good! The exception, of course, is at the "Teir 1" level, but once you get past them, the support becomes very good!

Have had att or sbc for 2 years down 10 times at least bad wires and shorts in system. Phone svcs just as bad
