    I order SBC Yahoo Express DSL (1500/256) in the first week of April-04.Got the speedstram 5100b modem free. They promised it would be up by 15th april. I was able to connect by 10th april (thanks to the well writen guides here). Connection has always been stable. I get 1200+/220+ regularly. Also, i like the fact that we get free SBC Yahoo dial-up.

    Earlier i had Comcast (3000/256) for $43. Used to get 2000/200.

    Update:11/1/04 - Got 384 Up . Current speeds 1200+/310+

    Update:3/29/06 - Got re-rated @ $14.99. (from $19.99) I am quite happy with the service. Get 1150/310 most of the times.

    Update:5/8/07 - The contract was over in March. Th new price was $25 instead of $20 that it should have been. contacting ATT resolved it.

    Update 7/27/09- Still going well!! surprising
