    I've had DSL for about 6 years,and only have had two interruptions in that time frame.Started with the 1.5/384 plan,later upgraded to the3008/512,and finally got the 6016/768 service. My only complaint is the overseas tech support,and why did SBC do this. Please bring back tech support to the United States were you can understand the person on the other end of the phone. The Tech support on BBR's AT&T Direct forum is above standard,and the best way to fix any of your connection issues.

    In the last contract, the company agreed to bring support back (to the US) in (I think) 2007. That is when their contract with the overseas company is up.
