Overall we have been very pleased with AT&T DSL. We had AT&T install due to special wiring needs at my home. Our DSL Express is $25/mo, considerably lower than than DSL with our former ISP (Earthlink $40.00). Our service has dropped a few times in 4 years, but came right back up promptly each time. Our upload/download speeds are adequate for our needs.
In addition, all contacts with technical support have been pleasant. They have resolved all problems by call's end. So far, I have been able to understand them, both from a language standpoint, and technical standpoint. Can't say as much for Dell or Earthlink on either front!
Will continue to renew with them until service goes down or cost goes up.
