Called on a Tuesday, ordered the phone and dsl and on Wednesday, the phone was on, Thursday the modem arrived, and on Friday, the DSL was online. Had some trouble with the router seeing the modem, but after a fight with my DLink 624, I tossed it and got a LinkSys WRT54GS for $40 and reformatted (it needed it anyways...). Damn things a lot more stable than my wireless I had at my old address, good gawd. I also would like to state that the taxes cost more than the metered service line, which always rubs me the wrong way just a bit.
Speeds are as advertised, low latency, I swear I don't ever remember Southwestern Bell/SBC/ATT ever being so reliable (did they....make a deal with the devil???)
