    My Other Reviews·AT&T Midwest
I have AT&T Yahoo! for well over a year now after having Comcast for many many years. I was extremely hesitant to get it, but being on your own money takes over many decisions and I decided what the hay and gave it a go.

Well it was just as fast as Comcast BEFORE powerboost came out, but i'll tell you what I pay 34.99 after a $5 discount for bundling and it's worth every penny.

In the almost 2 years I have had it I've only had 1 outage. I called in and got india and dealt with it, then he escalated my issue and said I had to call back the next day, I got off the phone and immediately called, spoke to one of the nicest and funny tech support guys I ever had. It was just after Midnight and he started testing and making jokes making the situation much better, told me he's sorry but he'd have to send a guy out.

I swear I was the first call, the ATT phone guy showed up, said he played around in the RT, but couldn't find anything. Then he came in and started testing the lines and it tested great and that something crazy must have happend over night. He started playing on the computer and went on YouTube and said that he couldn't believe how fast it was and that he's now going to upgrade. I don't know if he was blowing smoke or what, but he was a real nice guy.

Aside from the initial call to india, everything has been great. The IP changes all the time and it's a pain, but nothing that dynamic dns can't take care of.
