    They sent me the DSL modem when they said they would, Jan 30th. Someone apparently came to the house the next day and tried to install but the line needs to be changed from the pole to the house or something like that. Since then they have missed about 4 deadlines and no one ever calls me to explain. I have to call their "customer service" line and stay on hold for an average of 30 mins each time. Last time they said the service techs "ran out of time" and they would install it Friday. Well, it's Saturday now and it is still not hooked up. I wish I could just go back to my cable modem but I changed to satellite tv. Very bad experience.
