    I change to at&t since last year the speed was great at first. but after 4 month the modem break down so I have to wait for 4 days to get a new modem. than after another 7 month or so the speed start lacking again. I call the tech support they said "If you want an new modem you would have to pay because the modem have passed the 1 year warranty" yet I got my modem for just 7 month. The customer support aren't really helpful eather they just do the line test and say there is nothing wrong. Funny thing is every time I call after they do the line test my speed picks up again. but after a day or so the speed goes back down.... now I'm paying a DSL fee for a DIAL-UP speed.

    IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF GETTING AT&T MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR OWN MODEM AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERV WASTE OF TIME.
