At&t just upped my DSL bill $2.00 per mo., without notice. (I just noticed on my phone bill). Means once again looking at Charter offers. A neighbor recommends Charter (ugh), especially since I'm now using a Roku box for TV.

kudos:78 | usually if your rate goes up... That means the contract ended. Technically you can "shop around" and just call them and find out what they will get.
