AT&T
"No longer talk to India when calling for tech help"
"Too much complexity to get to an actual person on the phone"
"Still good bang for the buck"

    ATT says the quality of my line will only support their lowest level (1.5MBPS) service.

    Cable service is twice the cost.

    Since going with a VOIP phone service I have changed to a dry loop DSL and have had many instances of dropping data and voice for brief periods. No fix available from either the VOIP provider (Phone Power) or ATT after 10 days.
