Back when we got this i was the one to talk my parents into getting DSL, i was 14, so i really didn't know about all the types of services offered around us, i believe Comcast had their Broadband Internet available but not positive. My parents aren't the most tech savvy, so they went with the Pro, which offers up to 3Mbps down and 512Kbps up. I remember the order going smoothly we got the Self Install Kit, hooked it up and within like 10 minutes had DSL internet, which coming from a 56k Netscape service was like god speed. But overall it's been very good service, have enjoyed it, and the transition from going from SBC to AT&T wasn't even noticeable.
