I have been using 384/128 since 1 year ago. Until now i still dont want to upgrade to 512k package because it doesnt worth paying the ISP the xtra amount of money since they uncap alot of other users to 2-3 Mbps and some 11 Mbps but I get max 330 kbps only @_@ Is it a nice ISP? nope, my line was having a lousy connection which disconnect 3 times a day which is at peak hours. after bugging them for sometime thru phone call to hotline, my problem seems still there. And they blame on my pc for my disconnection. Grrrrr......... Then I decided to complain to Multimedia Council, Consumer Forum, email to a few government departments, then only I cc a email copy to tmnet. Guess what? Next morning KL tmnet center called me, asking for what sort of problem i have and asked for my technical number. I told them I already lodged so many reports to hotline and they say cannot find it. What a Idiot Stupid Organization (ISP). Never mind. Since then I have been receiving phone call from KL Tmnet center ask me this and that but still failed to solve my problem. Then 1 day I get fed up and call local telecom and start my "lecture" after I scolded the hotline operator and email ISP again. after a few days the streamyx technician and telekom technician did something to my phone cable and everything gets better since then. What a ISP that need me to call multimedia council and consumer forum to get my problem solved (consumer forum called me also to confirm that my problem solved, but the person on phone shocked when she heard that my problem only solved after 1 month of frustration).
1 thing for sure : TMNet sucks, but we have to live on with TMNet coz of stupid monopoly.
