Called grande.. they came out the next day to install.. the telephone poll line ended 3 houses down.. guy called his supervisor.. they came out and ran the line the extra 3 houses out to mine just an hour later!!! ping is 26ms. 22-24Mbps Down. 3Mbps UP. just as advertised.. so far so good.. only add on the monthly price is $3 modem rental.
Are you receiving the advertised speeds during peak usage hours(5pm-12am), or just during off-peak usage hours? Is Grande still giving users the Ambit/Ubee cable modems?
