    I tried one of the new "alpha" features known as v-fax and it did not work. Tried several times over 2 days with several different formats of documents (.doc, .pdf) and never was able to get a successful fax.

    Update....Cancelled Vonage on 7/5/2007 after being a customer since 12/2003. The cancellation process is painful and I was on hold for 56 minutes before a representative took my call. The representative was nice, but kept trying to convince me that Vonage was still right for me even though it isn't anymore.

    Overall the performance was on par with a cell phone with only minor glitches. Anybody want an old Motorola VT1005 adapter?
