After performing a packet loss test and sending the data to a Vonage tech support guy (about 2 weeks later) I was e-mailed and directed to call my ISP about the problem. Turned out it was BellSouth's issue. Fixed now, Vonage is working WONDERFULLY! The only problem is that I can't get DSL only from BellSouth, so I still have to pay for a local line, though I'd never use it. That sucks, I'm thinking about switching to cable broadband to save money. I have no complaints about BellSouth's quality (with exception of the recent bugs), so I'm a bit nervous about losing a quality DSL provider when making this switch to cable. Does cable typically stack up well against DSL (ie. BellSouth Ultra vs. Charter Pipeline 3mb/s)? Thanks for everyone's suggestions on my last posting!
