    Overall, I am pleased with the value of their service, and have no plans to change it / shop around / etc. I am using their legacy / retention plan, which provides 100 minutes for 10/month. My average bill is in the mid-teens, as I use their visual voicemail feature to transcribe messages, which costs $0.25 per call.
