    I've had Vonage since 2003. I will say other than a couple of bad customer support experiences , it's been a excellent value for the price. My device went out about a year ago and Vonage replaced it , though I had to pay shipping to send my old one back. I was on the unlimited plan and decided I could get the 14.99 plan since I don't make many out going calls.

    I'm using the Motorola VT 2442 and I love it compared to my old Linksys * orginal device* I would say the only thing bad about Vonage would be the tech support.
