I started working at Vonage last monday, so I was able to take the box home with me the same day I signed up. I got home, and hooked up the RT31P2 to my network, plugged in a cordless & powered it up and I was ready to go! Less than 5 minutes. I was ready to start making some calls. After about 15 minutes of a few outgoing and incoming calls, I was convinced that VoIP is the way to go. If I didn't need to keep my phone line for DSL, it would have been long gone. My only complaint is that I couldn't port my number over. I had to get a number from the next town over, but that's no big deal. I haven't had to deal with tech support yet, so I can't give an accurate rating.
Update 6/24/05:
Still up and running and not a problem! Highly recommended.
Update 9/26/07:
No longer with vonage because of the triple play from optimum, but it wasn't for lack of quality!
