I just got Vonage last week. Install was a snap. Activated the PAP2 adapter and hooked it up behind my wrt54gs router. Set up port triggering and QOS in the router settings. Isolated house wiring from telco and hooked the adapter in. As soon as the phone led went on, I had a dial tone.

Calls worked well right away. We tested calling out, recieving calls, and voicemail. The voicemail seems to work well, including the email attachments. Vonage also blinks the voicemail indicator on my cordless when there's a message.

The website is a little slow, but it's usable.

Faxes send and recieve ok, but having the fax machine hooked up all the time causes problems with voicemail, so I left it unhooked.

Vonage recieved my LOA, and I'm waiting for Verizon to accept the transfer. This could take awhile. I'll report back when it finishes.

I have yet to need tech support, so I can't rate it yet.

I must say I am impressed with the quality of Vonage's service.
