    I am fairly happy however there are some services that offers about the same or more features for less money (if you pay by the year). The qaulity of voice is very good but that depends on your internet connection.

    I have vonage as a second line to my pots line which I only use the pots for local calls. With two teens in the house it makes things a lot easier and it also saved me about $20 a month from what I was paying for only 1 line with unlimited LD through Bellsouth.

    All and all if you have a good internet service and want to save money I say give them a try. I bought my own device for use on their system so there was no contract. My understanding is if you get a free one from them you are basically hooked for 12 months unless you send the stuff back. Something to check on if you are unsure if you want it or not.

    I still have vonage but now I have cable service so I will be making vonage my primary line. I am very happy with it and they have added some countries in Europe as included in your free calling so I am updating the value of the service higher. With tax and everything I am spending around $27 each month for the serveice. I will be saving now that I will not have switched to cable.
