I have been using Vonage's Basic Residential Plan now for over a year. For the first year, the service was very good with very few outages. Over the past four weeks, there has been a decline in what was a very reliable service. There have been frequent outages and I have not been able to make or receive calls for hours at a time. Moreover, the voicemail has not worked properly nor has the call forwarding feature when the network is down. I am going to stay on with Vonage for the near term but I am considering switching to a more reliable VoIP provider if this situation continues.
