    No english speaking Customer Reps. Over hour hold times. Dont try to cancel account before the 12 month contract or they will charge you 39.99 plus tax on the termination fee totaling over 45.00

    sometimes we don't listen to what customer service reps are telling us. before you signed up for VOnage you will be given an overview of the terms and condition and charges. they ask a confirmation from us when they ask us "do you understand?" and we gave them a clear "yes". so why complain for the fees (reasonable fees!) when you already used up all the benefits?!! you were just fooled by another provider perhaps......
